COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
- Compliance support in relation to registration of STPI/EOU.
- Support in obtaining various approvals and follow up with the authorities.
- Review of GST Returns.
- Review of MPR/QPR/APR.
- Support in filing the Softex forms.
- Assistance in closure or exit from the scheme.
OBJECTIVES
- Support in setting up of the STPI/EOU and obtaining all relevant approvals from the appropriate authorities
- Ensure seamless compliance in all aspects of transactions undertaken by the Company w.r.t the STPI/EOU.
- Review the base data given by the Company, identify any deviations, rectification/reconciliation of the same.
- Preparedness for any Show cause notice or litigation that may arise in the future.
